Pallet Transfer Systems


The Pallet Transfer Systems are thought about helping in material handling they have beds of roller by gravity or motorized they offer the benefit in guaranteeing the assortment of parts to the line of joint in buffer form. This buffer facilitates the logistics of the Pallets to the line, the operator doesn't require to always have the Pallet on guard at the precise moment to not affect the production. These systems are automatic and count on a control that regulates the flow of the material or racks.

The articulated arm is an aid element, that's why the operator doesn't has an interaction directly with it. The operator managements a third equipment like a screwing machine, an end effector or a hook which is settle to the arm. Depending on the end effector, the arms present two systems of conventional control: Control ZA and EA that are reconciled to the trolley or the cylinder of low friction.
